Chest: -.75"
Waist: --.5"
Hips: -.75"
R leg: -.25"
So I measured today, and boy those numbers look happy. The last time I measured was at the end of the Afterburn program. Yippee!

I recognize the number to be your V02max - I dont have my chart in front of me to determine where you sit with your the normative data. I did however recognize off the bat what it stood for. Thanks for quizzing me ;) I'll be back to check in.
And ummm yeah, that number looks great. The higher the more fit you are. Good for you!
