Starting today, I'm going to have a checklist on my priorities, and have a template for answering whether or not I'm achieving those priorities. Here's what it will look like (subject to change):
Workout Today? Yes/No
Planned workout today? Yes/No
Planned meals for today? Yes/No
Followed plan for meals? Yes/No
Enjoyed my family today? Yes/No
Succeeded for school today? Yes/No
This checklist will be on my blog daily. By answering those questions regularly, I'll be able to see whether or not I've been following a success pattern or not. The answer to the question will be in BOLD. Keep in mind, when school starts things get a lot more frenzied.
Daughter's not napping, so I'm off to attempt a workout (I'm sore from yesterday and the chiro appt I had today) then work.

What are you in school for? I'll keep an eye on your progress monitoring system. I hope it proves beneficial for you. :)
I'm in school for Sports Science, which is a fancy term for someone who's taken a lot of Exercise Physiology classes. :)
