Okay, okay, I'm embarrassed enough! Moving on!
I have nothing to write about though, except that I'm stressing out about my paper. I really should have more of it done than I do, and it's driving me nuts at how slowly its going (and how perfectionist-ic I am sometimes)! I skipped my workout yesterday so I could work on it all afternoon. And wrote about two paragraphs.
Exactly.
All right, back to work! I was awake at 5:30 this morning, probably due to stress. Normally I'm hard-pressed to get out of bed before 7:30 (and then wonder why I don't get anything done during a day, yes?).

two words....."kettlebell swings" :).... isn't that thing sitting there by your computer just waiting for you to get a little workout in between thesis paper mental melt downs. Today when your working on your thesis do a couple sets for the Ripxster or FAT and let us know all about it tomorrow. ;)
LOL, I didn't mention that while I was waiting for a client to show yesterday, I did a few sets of "kiddo swings" that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed!

Nice...kiddo swings. I guess that when you need to bump up the weight a little bit you can just force the kids to eat more! j/k
I love kiddo swings, except that my daughter is beginning to get too tall for them- her weight doesn't increase no matter the caloric intake because she's wonderfully active!
However, I take no responsibility for anyone who tries them and either a) ends up throwing the kid or b) throwing their back out due to bad form!
