I did love the articles and workouts that were posted there. However, when it came time to renew, and there was no money coming in from work...<BR/><BR/>I have Hardcore Fat Loss but haven't attempted it yet. My plans are to move onto the original TT workout after week four is done.<BR/><BR/>Did you notice that Craig advocates for eating up to 8 times per day?
